Chinese Square Dancing (廣場舞) is becoming one of the most popular dancing activities in China these days. People can do it in a classroom, in a gym, on the streets or in public squares. Our Better Body Dynamic Program (BBD) is based on many features found in these dances.
The club has two scheduled sessions for BBD program every week. The number of participants can range anywhere from 6 to 50 or more. Dance steps are simple and easy to learn. The dance music is fast and lively. Dancers get sweat and feel energetic. The atmosphere is very relaxing and is intended to be entertaining.
