Our Background

The First Chinese Senior Association of Vaughan was established in spring 2008.  We are registered as non-profit organization with the City of Vaughan to provide programs and support to seniors.

Run and operated by volunteer members, FCSAV is governed by a Board of Directors.

We believe that communication, mobility and cultural awareness will improve the liveliness and well-being of seniors, thereby reducing their solitude, depression and helplessness.

FCSAV is dedicated to providing Chinese and other ethnic seniors with diversified recreational and healthy activities to improve their physical and intellectual well-being.  In addition, the association aims to improve inter-generational harmony in the members' families.
